FreeForm Program Outline

Program Overview

Three to five members from up to six organizational leadership teams come together for a series of 3 residential seminars. These seminars are interactive and practical. Teams work on clear action plans that enable organizations to reach their full potential.

A Cohort Coach follows each leadership team, checking-in with them to promote the team’s progress between seminars. Between Seminar 2 and 3, each Leadership Team will also plan a guided discernment retreat.

Ongoing and regular meetings of the Leadership Team attending FreeForm are required to successfully complete the requirements of this program.

Program Costs

FreeForm has been developed through the generosity of the Bridgeway Foundation and World Vision. As a result, we are able to offer this 18-month program to participants for the following actual cost:

  • $5,000 per leadership team of three people
  • $1,500 for each additional person

This fee represents approximately one third of the full cost to World Vision in delivering this program.

This fee includes accommodation, meals, and course materials for all three residential seminars; organizational coaching and consulting; and materials for a one-day discernment retreat.

Individual participants are responsible for any travel expenses and their accommodation prior to the residential seminars.

Note: The FreeForm program fees may be divided over two fiscal years.
